Our Golf Tournament Packages are based on nearly 40 years of entertaining golfers.


Because we have a number of options, most hosts are able to select one of our standard packages and meet their needs. That said, because customer service is at the forefront of all we do, keep in mind that every package listed here is customizable. All packages can be enhanced with appetizer and/or dessert selections. If you’d like to add or remove items from a package, just let us know and we can provide updated pricing.

Pricing

All the packages include New York State Sales Tax, Service Charges and Gratuity. In order to determine your cost, simply multiply the number of player by the price. There are no hidden charges for these packages.

The Star of the Show - Our Steaks!

Many of our packages come with steaks, because we’ve found guests LOVE them! When you select a package with steak, each guest will enjoy a full 12 ounce, perfectly marbled, steakhouse quality steak from the Upper Midwest. Some of our competitors have even switched to “sirloin steaks”. Sirloin steaks are not New York Strip Steaks. It is a lower quality meat cut to look like a strip steak. It is noticeably tougher, drier and less flavorful. Our steaks are made to order on location. We cook them over real charcoal and ask each guest which level of doneness they prefer. We do not cook all the steaks to medium!


When comparing our packages to other facilities, please note that many have dropped the size of the steak down to 10 ounces and in some cases 8 ounces. Since the dinner portion of your golf outing is the last thing people remember as they leave, we never skimp to save a few dollars.

    Golf: 18 holes with cart


    Lunch: Choice of two hot dogs or two hamburgers or one of each.


    Lunch Beverage: Draft Beer or Fountain Drink


    Dinner: Charcoal-Grilled ½ BBQ Chicken served with Caesar Salad, Antipasto Salad, Chef’s selected vegetables, creamy scalloped potatoes, and rolls & butter


    Dinner Beverage: Open draft beer and fountain drink bar during the dinner. Coffee and tea served after dinner.

    • Weekdays: $81.95
    • Weekends: $85.95

    Desserts are subject to 8 percent New York State Sales Tax and 18 percent GratuityNew York Style Cheesecake - $2.50 per slice

    • Chocolate Cake with Whipped Icing - $2.50 per slice
    • Fudge Brownies (2 per person) - $1.25 per person
    • Chocolate Chip Cookies (2 per person) - $1.50 per person

  • Beverage Options

    Donated beverages may be brought onto the course and distributed from our beverage carts. (There are no per person charges or corkage fees.) However, donated beverages may not be brought onto the patio or into the Clubhouse for consumption per New York State Law.


    Beverage Cart rentals for use on the course are $200 per cart and include all the ice you need for the day. Beverage Cart rental fees are waived if you purchase the beverages from Chestnut Hill Country Club. However, there is a minimum purchase requirement for this option. Please call to ask us about this should it be of interest to you.


    Draft Beer may be purchased from Chestnut Hill for distribution in the Clubhouse.
